Complete Your Intake Form
Fill out our confidential intake form online. This gives us the information we need to assess your situation and prepare for our first conversation.
Initial Consultation
We'll review your intake information and if desired schedule a brief consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
Confirm Your Session & Pay Deposit
Once you are ready to proceed, a nonrefundable deposit of $150 is required to confirm your mediation session. Pay via Zelle to 678-435-5704. Our rate is $150 per hour, split equally between both parties.
Mediation Sessions via Zoom
All mediations are conducted virtually via Zoom, making it easy to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home. You and the other party each join securely from separate locations. Sessions are structured, guided, and focused on finding workable solutions in a respectful, confidential environment.
Agreement Drafting
Once agreements are reached, they are documented in writing. You may have your attorney review any agreement before signing.
Resolution
With a signed agreement in hand, you and your family can move forward with clarity and leave courtroom conflict behind.
