Domestic relations mediation for families at all stages, conducted entirely via Zoom for your convenience and privacy.
Custody & Parenting Plan Development
Helping parties develop practical custody arrangements and co-parenting plans that prioritize the child's best interests. We help parents build communication frameworks and schedules that serve the whole family today and as your children grow.
Asset Division Mediation
For matters involving zero to moderate asset complexity, we help parties reach fair agreements regarding property and asset division without litigation. (We do not handle complex financial portfolios or high-asset cases.)
Legitimation Mediation
Helping unmarried parents reach agreements about legitimation, such as parental rights, visitation, child support, and the child's relationship with each parent, in a respectful and child-centered way, while prioritizing the child's best interests.
Modification Mediation
When life circumstances change, existing agreements may need to change too. We help parties revisit and modify prior orders related to custody, parenting plans, and support arrangements through cooperative dialogue rather than courtroom conflict.
A note on asset division: Let's Straighten It Out focuses on zero to moderate asset division cases. For high-asset or complex financial matters, we are happy to provide a referral.
Pricing
Simple, Transparent Fees
Mediation is typically significantly less expensive than going to court, and our fees are designed to be straightforward.
$150 / hour
Our hourly rate for all mediation services, split equally between both parties.
$150 Deposit
A nonrefundable deposit is required at booking to confirm your session. Pay via Zelle to 678-435-5704.
Cost Split Between Parties
The cost of mediation is shared equally between both parties.
